SELINSGROVE, Pa. May 12, 2006- Brian Kishbaugh of Nescopeck started on the pole and wired the field for his first win of the season in the 25-lap micro sprint car feature Friday night at Selinsgrove Raceway Park. Polesitter Steven Intravaia of Sailorsburg did the same for his win in the 25-lap Briggs & Stratton slingshot tour event.
Kishbaugh held a comfortable lead for most of the micro sprint car race. The final laps saw point leader and third-place starter Sean Stolz and seventh-place starter Todd Hoover reel in the leader in lapped traffic. At the finish, Kishbaugh held off any challenges in traffic to score the win over Stolz, Hoover, Shane Penny and David Utt.

Selinsgrove Raceway Park will present a program of go kart and micro sprint car racing at 7 p.m. Friday, May 19. Track gates open at 5:30 p.m.
