SELINSGROVE, Pa. – David Utt of Bloomsburg wired the field from his second starting position to win his first race of the season in the 24-lap micro sprint car feature Friday night at Selinsgrove Raceway Park. The race ended on the 24^th of 25 scheduled laps because of a last-lap caution flag. Four-time winner Todd Hoover was involved in a first-lap skirmish that sent him to the rear of the field for the restart.  

Polesitter Tommy Kunsman Jr. wired the field for his first win in the 15-lap jr. micro sprint car main event. Kunsman held off third-place starter Geoff Gill for the win in the close finish. Chantz Crissman, Kody Kreamer, and Leslie Weaver completed the top five.

SELINSGROVE, Pa. – Todd Hoover, of Mt. Pleasant Mills, wired the field for his fourth victory of the season at Selinsgrove Raceway Park in Friday night’s 25-lap micro sprint car race. Hoover is the defending Selinsgrove Ford champion and continues to strengthen his points lead with his strong start to the 2008 season.

Second-place starter Mike Walter led the jr. micro sprint car main event through the eighth lap until he bobbled in turn four and allowed polesitter Geoff Gill to take command of the field. Coming off turn four on the final lap, Gill made contact with a lapped car, as Walter reclaimed the lead and took the checkered flag.

SELINSGROVE, Pa. –  Ken Duke, of Selinsgrove, held off three-time winner Todd Hoover, of Mt. Pleasant Mills, for his first win of the season in Friday night’s 25-lap micro sprint car main event. Hoover was racing for his fourth straight win but came up short when he finished behind Duke at the checkered flag. Geoff Gill, of Duncannon, won the 15-lap junior micro sprint car main event.

SELINSGROVE, Pa. – Todd Hoover, of Mt. Pleasant Mills, wired the field for his third straight win in Friday night’s 25-lap micro sprint car race at Selinsgrove Raceway Park. Hoover pulled off the hat trick from his pole starting position. At the midway point of the event, he was being reeled in by fourth-place starter Ken Duke in traffic. A lap 22 restart saw Hoover pull away from the field and post the win over Duke, Gene Burd, Kenny Edkin, and Nathan Ritter.

Polesitter Aaron Dravk went flag-to-flag for his win in the 15-lap junior micro sprint race. Dravk’s victory was by more than a straightaway over Kody Kreamer and Geoff Gill.

Polesitter Matt McAnally was Dravk’s only serious challenger throughout the event but came up short with a second-place finish. Tommy Kunsman Jr., Geoff Gill, and JR Mull completed the top five.

March 21,SELINSGROVE, Pa. -  For the third year in a row, Todd Hoover, of Mt. Pleasant Mills, won the season opener for micro sprint cars at Selinsgrove Raceway Park on Friday night.  

Polesitter Brandon Edgar wired the field for his first win at Selinsgrove in the 15-lap junior micro sprint car main event. Trailing Edgar across the finish line were second-place starter JR Mull and third-place starter Kody Kreamer.
