ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 WHO ENTERS THE PIT AREA AT SELINSGROVE SPEEDWAY OR SELINSGROVE RACEWAY PARK MUST HAVE A PROPERLY COMPLETED "MINOR'S RELEASE" FORM ON FILE IN THE SPEEDEWAY OFFICE.  THIS INCLUDES ALL FANS, TEAM MEMBERS AND PARTICIPANTS
